PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily observe temporal changes of a region of interest which is obtained by dynamic scanning. SOLUTION: The temporal changes of CT values of image data in an ROI set by an input device 40 to the 4D volume data of a prescribed site, which are continuously or intermittently obtained by injecting contrast media and stored in an image database 110, are converted into a strip-like grayscale image by a temporal-change image creation unit 150, and the strip-like grayscale image, with the ROI, is displayed in a display 30 along with a 2D image or an MPR image. The temporal changes in the state of the region of interest are displayed as a two-dimensional image to allow an intuitive understanding of the state, shorten a time required for the image reading, and remarkably reduce the burden of an interpretation doctor.
