PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of improving display visibility of a display part. SOLUTION: The heating cooker comprises a casing, a heating chamber provided in the casing for storing an object to be heated, the color liquid crystal display part 36 for displaying a plurality of menu icons, a dial 46 operated by a user to select a target menu icon, and a control device for controlling display of the color liquid crystal display part 36 according to operation to the dial 46. The control device controls the display of the color liquid crystal display part 36 so that an information amount of menu icons which are not selected by the dial 46 becomes smaller than the information amount when they are selected.
