PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifier and the like which can reduce power consumption without deteriorating transconductance in a high frequency region of a MOS transistor. SOLUTION: The amplifier includes the MOS transistor Q1 or the like. A first input signal is input to a gate of the MOS transistor Q1, and a second input signal is input to a bulk of the MOS transistor Q1, and an output signal is output from a source of the MOS transistor Q1.
