PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a window period in signals in a short time using as few calculation resources as possible, when binding, transmitting and receiving a plurality of SBTL signals. SOLUTION: For each of a plurality of transmission/reception unit circuits 13, the reception delay value of a variable delayer 24 is successively changed for each of a plurality of predetermined threshold voltages, a window width determined by the reception delay value, capable of recognizing a predetermined adjustment pattern transmitted from other transmission circuits, is obtained, and the threshold voltage for turning the window width to be maximum or equal to or larger than a predetermined threshold is set. The window width corresponding to the set threshold voltage is summed for each of the plurality of transmission/reception unit circuits 13; and when a value indicating the dispersion of the window width is equal to or larger than a predetermined value, the transmission delay value of the variable delayer 20 is set, corresponding to the value indicating the dispersion or a predetermined value.
