PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lighting module capable of dimming by using an existing dimmer connected with an AC power supply and miniaturizing a lighting device by simplifying a circuit structure, and the lighting device using the LED lighting module. SOLUTION: In the LED lighting module having a power supply circuit for lighting and a plurality of LEDs connected with an output terminal side of the power supply circuit for lighting, the power supply circuit for lighting has a high-frequency rectifying circuit for converting to a DC power supply by rectifying a 100V commercial AC power source, and a constant current element connected with an output terminal side of the high-frequency rectifying circuit. The plurality of LEDs are connected with each other in series, and a total value of forward drop voltages of the plurality of LEDs is 100V or more and 140V or less.
