PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly build-up method which enables a holding means to be reliably removed from stacked components. SOLUTION: The assembly build-up method stacks five components, from a right fork 11A to a left fork 11B, into an assembly. The assembly build-up method includes: a first process to insert a holding part into an insertion hole 111 in the right fork 11A as a first component thereby to hold the right fork 11A using the holding part; a stacking process to repeat the operation of inserting the holding part into an insertion hole in an m-th component while holding components, from the right fork 11A to the (m-1)-th component (where "m" is an integer equal to 2 or greater) thereby to hold the m-th component until "m" becomes 5 from 2; and an insertion process to insert an axle 15 into the insertion holes in the five stacked components while pushing the five stacked components out from the holding part.
