PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barrel or a holder of a camera module, having excellent heat resistance in a reflow process, low anisotropy, a smooth surface excellent in preventing dust, and excellent light-shielding property since a polyamide composition reliably fills even in a precise portion. SOLUTION: The barrel or the holder of a camera module is produced by molding a polyamide composition prepared by melt-kneading a polyamide (A) containing dicarboxylic acid units including 60 to 100 mol% of terephthalic acid units and diamine units including 60 to 100 mol% of 1,9-diaminononane units and/or 2-methyl-1,8-diamino octane units, and a fibrous reinforcement (B), in which the content rate of the polyamide (A) is 50 to 80 mass% and the content rate of the fibrous reinforcement (B) is 20 to 50 mass%.
