PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for disposable absorbent articles by which a sheet for a flap is folded at a desired position in folding the sheet for the flap to which an elastic member does not adhere. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for disposable absorbent articles includes: a process 1 of supplying the sheet 11 for the flap; a process 2 of placing the elastic member 13 at a prescribed position on the sheet 11 for the flap without adhesion of the elastic member 13 to the sheet 11 for the flap; a process 3 of folding the sheet 11 for the flap at the position where the elastic member 13 is placed with the elastic member 13 placed on the inner side; a process 4 of obtaining a flap 17 by joining the folded sheets 11 for the flap with each other; and a process of joining the flap 17 to one of a top sheet, a back sheet, or an absorber having an absorbent core placed between them.
