PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of output data and to reduce the number of stopping times of an arithmetic unit. SOLUTION: In this redundant system 100 including an input device 3, a plurality of arithmetic units 5a, 5b, 5c and 5d for receiving input data from the input device 3, and an output device 4 for receiving output data outputted from the arithmetic units 5a, 5b, 5c and 5d to make each of the arithmetic units 5a, 5b, 5c and 5d execute the same processing, each of the arithmetic units 5a, 5b, 5c and 5d includes a first communicating part 6 for acquiring the input data from the input device 3, and a second communicating part 7 for transmitting the input data acquired by the first communicating part 6 to the other arithmetic units and receiving, from the other arithmetic units, input data acquired by the other arithmetic units.
