PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent over-discharge even when the voltage of a storage battery is naturally recovered after discharge stop. SOLUTION: A discharge control device 10 is interposed between the storage battery 1 and a load 3. By using the discharge control device 10 as a switching means, when the voltage of the storage battery 1 is a first voltage or above, the discharge from the storage battery 1 to the load 3 is enabled. When the voltage of the load 3 is below a second voltage lower than the first voltage, the discharge from the storage battery 1 to the load 3 is stopped. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
