PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mounting structure of an antenna device which can finely adjust a mounting angle of the antenna device in a predetermined direction and with which firm mounting strength can be assured even when the antenna device is mounted using a small fixture. SOLUTION: The antenna device includes an arm 11, and an arm support member 18L, and the mounting fixture includes an arm mounting part 27. The arm mounting part 27 has a first reference hole P01 to be a reference, and a plurality of first through holes P10-P18 provided according to the mounting angle. The arm support member 18L has a second reference hole Q01 to be the reference, and a plurality of second through holes Q10-Q14 provided according to the mounting angle. The first through holes P10-P18 are provided by being shifted without being superimposed on one and the same straight line. A bolt 41a is inserted into the first reference hole P01 and the second reference hole Q01, and a bolt 43a is inserted into each one through hole selected according to the mounting angle from the plurality of first through holes P10-P18 and the plurality of second through holes Q10-Q14.
