<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibody-fragment-immobilizing carrier for accurately detecting interaction between one type of specimen substances and two or more types of substances at a stable binding characteristic. <P>SOLUTION: This antibody-fragment-immobilizing carrier includes a carrier and at least one set of antibody fragments. The antibody fragments of each set include at least two types of separate antibody fragments that are capable of recognizing one type of antigen and are independently immobilized in a positional relationship bindable to the same antigen Ag. In the method of manufacturing the immobilizing carrier, the antigen is brought into contact with at least two types of antibody fragments for recognizing one type of antigens, a complex where the antibody fragments are bound to the antigen is formed, the complex is immobilized to the carrier via the antibody fragments in the complex, the antigen is removed from the complex, and an antibody-fragment-immobilizing carrier is provided where the antibody fragments are immobilized to the position on the carrier in the positional relationship bindable to the antigen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
