<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize plasma arc by increasing the number of contact points of a wire and a contact tip, and to make service life of the contact tip longer. <P>SOLUTION: The contact tip 18 to be used in a spray deposit apparatus is constituted of a body part 18B, a wire feed hole 22 penetrating in the axial direction of the body part 18B, and a plurality of power feed members 23 having conductivity which are stored in the wire feed hole 22 and brought into contact with a wire 3. By bringing the plurality of power feed members 23 into contact with the wire 3, the plurality of contact points of the wire 3 and the contact tip 18 are provided to stabilize the power feed state to the wire 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
