<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PWM control solenoid driver driving a solenoid by PWM control, wherein the occurrence of center value deviation of a driving current due to the distortions of the dither signal of a current driving the solenoid is suppressed, by setting, or a semiconductor integrated circuit device that includes the PWM control solenoid driver formed integrally on a common semiconductor substrate. <P>SOLUTION: As a solenoid driver for driving a solenoid device which is an object to be driven which includes a MOS 300 for switch, a solenoid 600, a current monitoring resistance 700, and a fly-back diode 800, the PWM control solenoid driver is constituted which includes a reference sawtooth wave generating unit 100, a comparison unit 200, a solenoid current control signal generating circuit 400, a PI control circuit 500, a signal amplitude adjustment circuit 900 and a dither signal distortion detecting circuit 1000. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
