<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural material-derived hypertension improver having a high safety and sufficient effect. <P>SOLUTION: This hypertension improver includes a heat-treated material of melon squeezed liquid at ≥80°C and <90°C as an active ingredient. The heat-treating temperature is preferably in a 80 to 85°C range. Further, the heat-treating time is preferably in a 15 to 25 min range.
