<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient blocking nucleic acid to improve specificity of hybridization. <P>SOLUTION: The nucleic acid composition is a mixture of a nucleic acid A containing linked base sequences A1 and A2 and a nucleic acid B containing linked base sequences A1' and A2' which are complementary to the base sequences A1 and A2, wherein a 5' terminal of the base sequence A2 is linked to a 3' terminal of the base sequence A1, and a 3' terminal of the base sequence A1' is linked to a 5' terminal of the base sequence A2'. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
