ULTRAVIOLET-CURABLE RESIN COMPOSITION, OPTICAL FILM, AND DISPLAY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet-curable resin composition that suppresses bleed-out of a quaternary ammonium salt and obtains antistatic function.

SOLUTION: A hard coat layer is obtained by curing the ultraviolet-curable resin composition. The ultraviolet-curable resin composition contains: a monomer and/or oligomer (A) having a quaternary ammonium salt group and a (meth)acryloyl group; a monomer and/or oligomer (B) having a hydroxyl group and a (meth)acryloyl group with an equivalent weight of the hydroxyl group of 500 g/mol or less; and a photopolymerization initiator.
