<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant composition which is suitable as a drop-in substitute as HCFC-22 for low-temperature refrigeration, is effective to have zero ozone depletion potential, is excellent in volumetric cooling capacity, and remains non-flammable in case of a worst case fractionation scenario. <P>SOLUTION: The refrigerant composition comprises or consists of: more than 75 wt.% and less than 80 wt.% of HFC-125, more than 17 wt.% and less than 22.7 wt.% of HFC-134a, and more than 2.3 wt.% and less than 3.0 wt.% of R600. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
