<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately control whether delivered concrete carried from a plant conforms to the designed concrete required in a construction site. <P>SOLUTION: A plant-side control device 1 includes a production data storage means for storing production data of concrete to be delivered, loaded on a truck 3, and a writing means 7 for recording the production data stored in the production data storage means in a portable recording medium 4. A construction site-side control device 2 includes a planned quality storage means for storing quality data of the designed concrete, a reading means 8 for reading the production data of the concrete to be delivered, recorded in the portable recording medium 4, a planned quality confirming means for determining whether the delivered concrete conforms to the designed concrete or not, based on the production data and the quality data of the designed concrete, and a warning means for giving a warning when the planned quality confirming means determines that the delivered concrete does not conform to the designed concrete. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
