PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member for a loudspeaker capable of sufficiently eliminating the risk that thermal contraction when cooling an outer frame material causes compression stresses or compression deformations on a diaphragm as an edge and an insert, even when the member for the loudspeaker is manufactured by insertion two-color molding. SOLUTION: The member for the loudspeaker includes the diaphragm 1, an outer frame 2 for supporting the diaphragm 1 and a diaphragm edge 3, made of an elastomer for connecting the outer frame 2 and the diaphragm. The diaphragm edge 3 is configured, by at least one of elastomer selected from a styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer, an olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer, a urethane-based thermoplastic elastomer or a polyester-based thermoplastic elastomer. Also, the outer frame 3 is composed of a resin material which can be welded to the diaphragm edge 3 and includes thermal shrinkage during cooling smaller than the thermal shrinkage of the diaphragm edge material.
