PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting mold and a casting method capable of preventing a core from being damaged, enhancing the manufacturing yield, and improving the production efficiency. SOLUTION: The casting mold includes: a first main mold 20 and a second main mold 22 arranged with mold surfaces opposite to each other; a fitting core 40 arranged between opposing surfaces of the first main mold 20 and the second main mold 22 with their mold surfaces being opposite to each other; a first core 30 which is arranged between the opposing mold surfaces of the first main mold 20 and the fitting core 40 to form a first cavity on the first main mold side; and a second core 32 which is arranged between the opposing mold surfaces of the second main mold 22 and the fitting core 40 to form a second cavity on the second main mold side.
