PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine for improving the reliability of the game machine while appropriately controlling the display of a variable display device even when a performance controller cannot normally receive control information transmitted from a game controller. SOLUTION: A performance control means includes: a control information determination means for determining whether or not the control information from a game control means is normal; and a performance correction means for controlling the variable display game on the basis of determination indicated by performance prior determination information when at least one of variation pattern specifying information and result form specifying information is determined as being abnormal by the control information determination means.
