PURPOSE: The manufacturing device of the solar battery, and the manufacturing method of the solar battery using this form the backsurface eletrode layer with one sputtering process. CONSTITUTION: The backsurface eletrode layer(110) is formed on the substrate(100). The backsurface eletrode layer comprises the second conductive layer(112) formed on the first conductive layer(111) and the first conductive layer. The first conductive layer and the second conductive layer are formed into 3 or more layers.
