PURPOSE: A grinder of a polishing device for precision elements, capable of productivity improvement by simultaneously rotating a polishing wheel and a fixing chuck at high speed, is provided to precisely polish by arranging the polishing wheel and the fixing chuck to be vertically faced each other. CONSTITUTION: A grinder of a polishing device for precision elements comprises a grinder main body(12), a polishing wheel(14), a fixing chuck(15) and an exclusive jig. The grinder main body comprises driving parts(11a,11b) in the inside of the main body and a controller(10) in the outside of the main body. The polishing wheel and the fixing chuck are installed on an open work space(13) of the grinder main body. |
