<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting fixture with an outer edge hard to be visually perceptible at emission of light. <P>SOLUTION: The light-emitting fixture 1 is equipped with a base body 2 which includes a base 2A with threads formed on its surface and a heat-dissipation member 2B with a plurality of holes formed on its surface. The light-emitting fixture 1 is equipped with a glass hull body 3 attached to the base body 2 and forming a predetermined space between itself and the base body 2. The light-emitting fixture 1 is equipped with a square pillar 4 arranged in the predetermined space and with one end connected to the base body 2, and a plurality of LED's 5 attached to a surface of the pillar 4.
