<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp and a lighting device with a high freedom of use in which a desired light distribution by a user can be obtained without receiving a limitation by configurations of an installation object. <P>SOLUTION: The LED lamp 1 is provided with a light source unit 11, a base 30, and a coupling unit 20. The light source unit 11 has an LED module 110 and a heat sink 120, The coupling unit 20 is a structure having a function to mechanically connect between the light source unit 11 and the base 30. The coupling unit 20 is rotatable around an axis Ax<SB>1</SB>to the base, and the light source unit 11 is rotatable around an axis Ax<SB>2</SB>to the coupling unit 20. Here, the axis Ax<SB>1</SB>and the axis Ax<SB>2</SB>are arranged in a direction to cross mutually, and the axis Ax<SB>2</SB>is arranged between the base 30 while having an interval L<SB>1</SB>which is larger than a rotating radius of the light source unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
