<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optical pickup device which can avoid dust from attaching to an objective lens and an adhesive for fixing the objective lens to a lens holder, and can remove the dust during the normal operation of recording and reproducing even if the dust is attached. <P>SOLUTION: In the optical pickup device 10 in which the objective lens 11a is mounted on a box 12 via the cylindrical lens holder 11b, an opening 11d is formed for making the inside communicate with the outside of the box 12 on a cylindrical wall of the lens holder 11b nearer to an optical disk 1 than the objective lens 11a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
