<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a proper invention development degree is not calculated as to a subordinate relation of a claim, in a conventional invention development degree generator. <P>SOLUTION: This invention development degree generator includes: a claim scope data storage part 101 for storing a data of a scope of the claims including one or more of the claims having a claim tag indicating the number of the claims; a claim scope data acquiring part 102 for acquiring the data of the scope of the claims from the claim scope data storage part 101; a determination part 103 for determining whether each claim specified by the claim tag is an externally added claim or not, using the data of the scope of the claims obtained by the claim scope data acquiring part 102; an invention development degree acquiring part 107 for acquiring the invention development degree as to the subordinate relation of a claim, in response to a determination result from the determination part 103; and an output part 108 for outputting a value obtained by the invention development degree acquiring part 107. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
