<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive seamless belt which is manufactured by an extrusion molding method being a system preferable in cost more than a conventional thermosetting resin belt and rubber layered belt, and has excellent three performances of durability, roller weakness resistance and an elastic modulus. <P>SOLUTION: In the conductive seamless belt formed by irradiating a seamless belt with electron beams, obtained by extrusion molding of a molding material formed by heating and mixing a thermoplastic polymer component consisting essentially of a polyalkylene terephthalate and/or a polyalkylene naphthalate and containing a polyester elastomer and a conductive agent, the seamless belt to be irradiated with the electron beams has 0 to 60°C glass transition temperature and a sum total electron beam amount of 500 to 1,500 kGy is radiated on the condition of 50 to 100 kGy radiation amount per once. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
