<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reproducing device and a printing system which are capable of controlling a printer so as to print an image resulting from color tone correction based on color tone setting of a display device. <P>SOLUTION: The image reproducing device includes: an operation portion; a connection portion; and an image generation section for generating a coded image and furthermore includes: a printing information generation section for generating printing information in a prescribed form from the coded image; a control information acquisition section for acquiring color tone information for use in color tone correction of a display image in the display device from the display device through the connection portion; a generation control section for, in response to detection of a prescribed operation, not only generating a coded image from an image signal outputted from the connection portion but also controlling the image generation section so as to perform color tone correction of the coded image on the basis of the acquired color tone information; and a print control section for controlling the printing information generation section so as to generate printing information from the coded image subjected to color tone correction and transmitting the printing information and a print indication to the printer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
