JET PUMP RISER BRACE CLAMP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device or system that reduces the level of vibration received by an inlet riser (100) or the other similar objects inside a reactor pressure vessel (10).

SOLUTION: A riser brace (143) is not required to be welded to the inlet riser (100). At least one riser brace clamp (150) for generally clamping the riser brace (143) to the inlet riser (100) is provided. After mounting, the riser brace clamp (150) reduces the amplitude of the vibration received by the inlet riser (100) and/or changes the frequency.
