Piperazin-carbonyl-piperazine-carboxamide derivatives of formula (Ia) and pharmaceutically acceptable salts or solvates thereof are disclosed, wherein the variables are as defined in the specification. These compounds are useful in the treatment of C-C chemokine mediated conditions selected from asthma, allergic rhinitis, COPO, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, and psoriasis. |
