摘要 |
PURPOSE: A method for preparing jujube leaves tea is provided to impart antioxidant effect and α-glucosidase inhibition effect to jujube leaves tea through 3 step roasting/rubbing processes. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing jujube leaves tea comprises the steps of: washing and drying the jujube leaf; roasting the dried jujube leaves at 250-300°C; rubbing the jujube leaves; secondly roasting and rubbing the jujube leaves; thirdly roasting and rubbing the jujube leaves; and drying the jujube leaves.
