A device for sanitizing a solid waste collection bin (2), said bin (2) being provided with a lid (3) that is hinged at the rim of the opening so as to allow at least rotation between a closed position and a position, reached as a consequence of actuation by users, that allows to insert bags of waste in the bin, characterized by the presence of at least one container (4, 5) of a sanitizing product that is applied to the inner surface of the wall of the bin (2) and is provided with at least one pump (9, 10) that emits a spray of said product as a consequence of pressure applied to the button (9a, 10a) of said pump, means (11, 12, 13, 12a, 13a, 14) being further provided which are connected to the lid (3) of the bin (2) and are adapted to produce a spray of the sanitizing product upon closure of the lid (3) following actuation by the user after the insertion of a bag of waste. |
