Provided is a resin pellet that comprises a resin substrate and multiple microparticles embedded in the resin substrate. The surface of the resin substrate of this resin pellet is coated by multiple microparticles. It is possible to prevent loss of the microparticles coating the resin substrate and to effectively inhibit blocking between resin pellets.
