The invention pertains to the production of finishing panels and can be used for producing finishing materials used for the external or internal finishing of buildings and premises, in particular for public or industrial purposes. The metal structure comprises two layers. The first layer is made of a corrosion-resistant alloy or metal and has straight or ark-shaped hairlines formed thereon. The second layer is made of a material selected from the group comprising an iron-carbon alloy, aluminium and aluminium alloys. A layer of adhesive may be applied between said layers.
