<p>The present invention discloses a method for transmitting compressed rights. The method includes: a terminal negotiates a compression algorithm with a server; the terminal requests the server to transmit the rights information in compression format by the extended field in a right object request message; the server generates a right object response message according to the standard method, and compresses the rights information in the right object response message according to the negotiated compression algorithm, and generates a compressed right object response message and sends it to the terminal; the terminal receives the compressed right object response message, and decompresses the rights information in the received right object response message according to the negotiated compression algorithm, and generates a decompressed right object response message. The present invention also discloses a system for transmitting compressed rights, and the volume of data in the right object acquisition protocol (ROAP) communication can be reduced and the reliability of digital right object transmission and the user experience are improved.</p> |
