<p>A method, device and system for cell measurement and report, which are provided by the embodiments of the present invention, relate to the communication field, and enable the user equipment (UE) to perform more accurate and faster cell measurement and report. The solution includes: receiving the measurement control information from the network device, wherein the measurement control information includes measurement objects and measurement object type parameters; when performing the measurement and report, according to the measurement object type parameters, separately measuring and reporting the neighbor cell information and blacklist cell information of the measured objects. The embodiments of the invention are used for cell measurement and report.</p> |
