The unit has inner rings (7, 7') and outer ring moved relative to each other and rolling bodies (5, 5') arranged for transferring load between the rings. A sealing arrangement (8) is arranged at the rings for sealing rolling area of the rolling bodies. The outer ring is provided with multiparts (1, 1', 4, 4'), where one of the parts is provided for load transfer, and the other part is provided for carrying a sealing element (3) of the sealing arrangement. The parts of the outer ring are placed in a position by a transport ring (2, 2'), a wheel carrier or a wheel hub. The rolling bodies are designed as tapered rollers, ball rollers, cylindrical rollers, needle rollers, barrel rollers or balls. The part of the outer ring is made of rust-proof material.
