PURPOSE: A skin filler composition is provided, which can rapidly form an arbitrary form by injecting the composition into the body by a syringe. CONSTITUTION: A preparing method of a skin filler composition comprises: a step of hydrating by putting cross-linked dextran into distilled water, removing cytotoxin of the cross-linked dextran after removing distilled water which does not permeate into the hydrate; a step of making cross-linked dextran outside solution as isotonic solution; a step of controlling pH of the cross-linked dextran outside solution; and a step of adding viscosity modifier. |
