Disclosed is an abnormal noise preventing sheet using an acrylic adhesive, which exhibits high performance, while having extremely low toluene emission. Specifically disclosed is an abnormal noise preventing sheet (10), which comprises a base (12) that is provided with a nonwoven fabric (122) and an adhesive layer (14) that is provided on a first surface side (12A) of the base. The adhesive constituting the adhesive layer (14) contains an acrylic polymer and a tackifier resin. The abnormal noise preventing sheet (10) is characterized in that the toluene emission when the adhesive layer (14) is heated at 80°C for 30 minutes is not more than 20 µg per 1 g of the adhesive layer.
