<p>The system (1) to give a controlled ventilation to compost, while rotting, has at least one ventilation channel (3) with a perforated cover (5), where the perforation pattern can be varied by stoppers inserted into the holes. The channel cover is structured to shroud the gutter shape of the channel, and is stiffened to carry weight where the compost lies on and/or around the channel(s) at the compost laying surface (2). The channels are connected to a blower or a vacuum pump (4).</p> |
