The element (1) has an interaction body (3) arranged axially parallel to a joint axle (2), where the element is designed as a single-piece with a valve seat. The body is connected with a membrane surface of the element directly or over a distance piece in a force-fit, form-fit and/or firmly-bonded manner for adjusting position of the element with respect to an inductive proximity sensor. The body is designed as an electrically and/or magnetically-conducting part or magnet and formed in cylinder-shape. An independent claim is also included for a non-return valve comprising a blocking element.
