<p>A mobile-network-based interception and analysis method and a system thereof are provided in the present invention. The network side intercepts the base station to obtain and store terminal user information, position information and position time point; after occurrence of a crime, the network side compares crime occurrence position information and crime occurrence time with the stored position information and the position time point, obtains the corresponding terminal user information and analyzes the position information of the terminal user continuously to obtain clues of the crime. With the solution provided by the present invention, witnesses of the scene can be found quickly, and even suspects can be determined quickly; according to the solution provided by the present invention, the investigation range of whether finding the witnesses or determining the suspects is reduced greatly, and the rapid detection is promoted to a certain extent.</p> |
