The invention relates to a timepiece comprising, in addition to a glass, the following casing elements: a back (2), a middle (1), a dial (3), a bezel (26) and two watchstrap strands (30), at least one of said casing elements being at least partially transparent or translucent, the back (2), the middle (1) and the bezel (26) defining an inner volume (4) of the watch case (6) in which a clock movement (M) is housed, characterised in that said timepiece includes at least one light source (10) housed in the inner volume (4) and producing a light that passes through the transparent or translucent portion of the relevant casing element.
