<p>A flexible polyurethane foam, which contains the reaction products of the following materials: (a) isocyanate component substantially not containing aromatic isocyanate in which the isocyanate group is directly connected to the aromatic ring, (b) isocyanate active mixture containing at least one polyoxyalkylene diol, (c) one or more foaming agents, (d) at least one catalyst, and (e) optionally, one or more materials selected from the following materials: surfactant, cross linker and additive, where the density of the flexible polyurethane foam ranges from 8-160 kg/m3; the gas flow measured according to the ASTM D3574-03 method is higher than 5000 cc/m; the falling-sphere rebound resilience is higher than 20%; and the flexible polyurethane foam is prepared when the index of isocyanate is 30-135, preferably about 85-130, more preferably about 90-125. A method for preparing the flexible polyurethane foam, which comprises: reacting the components (a-e) when the index of isocyanate is 30-135, preferably about 85-130, more preferably about 90-125.</p> |
