The present invention relates to a condensing boiler comprising a latent heat exchanger which recovers latent heat of exhaust gas; and an air-exhaust gas heat exchanger having an exhaust portion arranged above the latent heat exchanger to discharge exhaust gas, and an air supply portion arranged to cover the periphery of the exhaust portion to allow heat exchange between air being supplied and the exhaust gas and thus lower the temperature of the exhaust gas. Thus-configured condensing boiler of the present invention further includes the air-exhaust gas heat exchanger for heat exchange between the exhaust gas and the air being supplied into the boiler, and thus the temperature of the exhaust gas is lowered. Therefore, even when a burner operates at a high temperature, the exhaust gas is condensed to enable the latent heat exchanger to use the latent heat of the exhaust gas, thereby preventing efficiency of the condensing boiler from being degraded even when the condensing boiler operates at a high temperature. |
