The sleeve (1) has an adjusting device (4) including ring flanges (5, 6) slightly spaced with each other on two base bodies (3) with constant inner diameter. The ring flanges are adjustably connected to each other in an axial direction and provided between functional units (7). The functional units radially extend inward to a peripheral surface of the base bodies. An axial relative movement of the ring flanges produces radially inward deflection of the functional units to reduce internal diameter of the base bodies.
