PURPOSE: A plasma generating device is provided to process oxygen into a plasma form by ionizing oxygen in the air. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical glass tube(100) has a shielded one end and an opened other end. A cylindrical first electrode(200) is inserted into the glass tube. An end cap(300) hermetically seals the opened end of the glass tube. A connection rod(230) is fixed to the end cap by a connecting bolt. A connection terminal(220) is fixed to the end part of the connection rod. The connection terminal is contacted with the inner circumference of the first electrode. A second electrode(400) is fixed to the outer circumference of the glass tube. The first electrode is formed by processing a plate-shaped aluminum material, which has a plurality of holes(210), into a cylindrical shape. |
