<p>A method of repairing a laminate railway car door (10) comprises the steps of forming a plurality of holes (32) through a laminated door (10), the door (10) having an internal surface (12) and an opposite external surface (14). A first strip (36) is placed adjacent one of the internal and the external surfaces (12,14). A second strip (38) is placed adjacent to the other of the internal and the external surfaces (12,14). The first strip (36) is secured to the second strip (38) so that the laminated door (10) is squeezed between the first and the second strips (36,38).</p> |
